Built To Be Versatile.
Classical training is at the foundation of my playing, but these days you’re more likely to hear it woven through classic country, folk, bluegrass, and Americana on five-string violin.
Five String Violin.
My Glasser five-string violin gives me the range of a violin and viola in one instrument, with the flexibility to play acoustically or plug in and go. From stripped-down acoustic music to a full band, amplified stage, or just about anything in between, I can adapt my sound and setup to fit the music. Lovingly named, Elvira.
What I Do.
From stripped-down acoustic violin to full solo sets with backing tracks, I bring live music to a space in a way that’s flexible, personal, and a little unexpected. Whether I’m setting the atmosphere, taking the lead for a full show, or joining other musicians on stage, each performance is shaped to fit the setting.
Live Solo Performances
From stripped-down acoustic violin to full solo sets with backing tracks, performances can be tailored to fit the space, crowd, and atmosphere you’re looking for.
Bands & Collaboration
Always open to collaborating with other musicians, filling in, or adding violin to something already in the works. I’m also looking for the right long-term musical fit — a band that feels like home and gives me room to bring the five-string into the mix.
Session & Creative Work
Need violin on a song or project? I’m available for recording, original arrangements, video projects, and select creative collaborations — both locally and remotely.

Have Violin. Will Travel.
Every gig is a little different, and pricing is too. Rates are based on the type and length of performance, location, travel, and what the event calls for. From a simple acoustic set to a full performance with backing tracks — or joining a band for the night — reach out with what you have in mind and we’ll go from there.
